Mund të përpunojmë të dhëna të llogarisë, si emri, emaili, identifikuesi dhe roli; të dhëna biznesi dhe financiare, si transaksione, llogari, shpenzime, të hyra dhe barazime; të dhëna të klientëve dhe partnerëve; si dhe përmbajtje të krijuar nga përdoruesi, përfshirë detyra, shënime, oferta, fatura dhe dokumente të ngarkuara.

Të dhënat përdoren për autentikim dhe siguri, ofrimin e funksioneve të aplikacionit, ruajtjen dhe sinkronizimin e të dhënave, krijimin e raporteve dhe dokumenteve, mbështetjen teknike dhe mbajtjen e historikut të auditimit.

Për autentikim, bazë të të dhënave, ruajtje dokumentesh dhe infrastrukturë cloud përdorim Amazon Web Services (AWS). Apple (iOS) dhe Google (Android/Google Play) mund të përpunojnë të dhëna teknike sipas shërbimeve të tyre të shpërndarjes dhe funksionimit. Të dhënat e biznesit janë të aksesueshme vetëm për përdoruesit e autorizuar sipas roleve dhe ofruesit që mbështesin funksionimin e platformës. Ne nuk shesim të dhëna personale dhe nuk i përdorim për reklama ose ndjekje ndërmjet aplikacioneve.

Të dhënat ruhen vetëm për aq kohë sa nevojiten për veprimtarinë e autorizuar, kërkesat ligjore dhe auditimin. Përdorim kontrolle qasjeje, autentikim dhe transmetim të enkriptuar. Asnjë sistem nuk mund të garantojë siguri absolute.

Në Android, widget-i ruan lokalisht një përmbledhje të Quick Tasks, me titull, përgjegjës, afat dhe numër detyrash. Kjo përmbledhje pastrohet kur dilni nga llogaria ose kur aplikacioni konstaton se sesioni ka skaduar. Widget-i nuk kontrollon vetë në background nëse llogaria është revokuar. Nëse e shtoni në ekranin kryesor, informacioni mund të shihet nga kushdo që ka qasje në atë ekran.

Eksportimi dhe ndarja e CSV-së kryhen vetëm me veprimin tuaj. Kopjet që ndani ose ruani jashtë aplikacionit nuk fshihen duke dalë nga llogaria apo duke çinstaluar Kodimi.

Mund të kërkoni qasje, korrigjim ose fshirje të të dhënave personale të lidhura dhe të llogarisë duke kontaktuar administratorin ose hello@kodimi.com. Disa të dhëna mund të ruhen kur kërkohet nga ligji ose për një historik të ligjshëm auditimi.

Aplikacioni nuk u drejtohet fëmijëve. Këtë politikë mund ta përditësojmë kur ndryshojnë funksionet ose kërkesat ligjore; versioni aktual publikohet gjithmonë në këtë faqe.

We may process account information such as name, email address, identifier, and role; business and financial information such as transactions, accounts, expenses, income, and reimbursements; client and partner information; and user-created content including tasks, notes, offers, invoices, and uploaded documents.

Information is used for authentication and security, providing app functionality, storing and synchronising data, generating reports and documents, technical support, and maintaining an audit history.

We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) for authentication, databases, document storage, and cloud infrastructure. Apple (iOS) and Google (Android/Google Play) may process technical information through their distribution and platform services. Business information is accessible only to authorised users according to their roles and providers supporting the platform’s operation. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Information is retained only as long as needed for authorised business operations, legal requirements, and auditing. We use access controls, authentication, and encrypted transmission. No system can guarantee absolute security.

On Android, the widget locally stores a Quick Tasks summary, including titles, assignees, deadlines, and counts. This summary is cleared when you sign out or when the app detects that the session has expired. The widget does not independently check account revocation in the background. If you add it to your home screen, anyone with access to that screen may see its information.

CSV export and sharing are initiated only by you. Copies that you share or save outside the app are not deleted by signing out or uninstalling Kodimi.

You may request access, correction, deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting your administrator or hello@kodimi.com. Some information may be retained where required by law or for a legitimate audit record.

The app is not directed to children. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change; the current version will always be published on this page.
